Class Schedule:

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Saturday mornings: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.


Dedicated fitness and workout during each Martial Arts class.
These sessions are designed to promote physical fitness, strength, and overall well-being among the students.
Our program has incorporated various fitness-related routines, exercises, circuits, and cardio workouts.
With the introduction of our new fitness equipment, Kids will have the opportunity to engage in dynamic and effective workouts that cater to their age and skill levels.
We aim to provide a comprehensive class experience that focuses on martial arts and other activities and prioritizes the development of their physical health and fitness.
